This Application is filed to amend the prayer in the affidavit in O.A.No.52 of 2020.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. He pointed out that the existing prayer reads as follows:

''Not to disturb the peaceful possession, occupation and enjoyment of the Applicants, either directly or indirectly, in any manner, in respect of the schedule mentioned land belonging to the 1st respondent and the building thereon belonging to the Applicants, till a renewal of the Lease Deed for 30 years is duly executed and registered.''

3. Instead of the said prayer, the correct prayer is as follows: ''to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any manner disturbing the peaceful possession, occupation and enjoyment of the Applicants, either directly or indirectly, in any manner, in respect of the schedule mentioned land belonging to the 1st respondent and the building thereon belonging to the Applicants, till a renewal Lease Deed for 30 years is duly executed and registered.''

Therefore, it is requested that this Application be allowed. http://www.judis.nic.in
