Till date, counter has not been filed by R2 to R4. There is no representation on their behalf despite the fact that a learned counsel had earlier entered appearance on their behalf. The name of the counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 is also printed in the cause list today. The first respondent has already been set exparte by this Court through this Court's order dated 24.04.2025. Since there is no representation on the side of R2 to R4 and since counter has also not been filed till date, R2 to R4 are also set exparte by this Court. 2.The applicant is having the benefit of an interim injunction in this application since 13.02.2025. vga injunction only after coming to the conclusion that the applicant has made out a prima facie case and balance of convenience and irreparable hardship have also been established.

3.Since the counter has not been filed till date by R2 to R4, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 13.02.2025 is made absolute and this application is allowed as prayed for.
