.. Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated 05.08.2014.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that he is differently abled and having 70% disability. He submits that he was running a bunk shop near I.T.Park, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 for the past two years and the jurisdictional police at Ambattur Industrial Estate has advised him to remove the petty shop or obtain licence from the appropriate authorities.
The petitioner in this regard submitted a representation dated 05.08.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2, praying https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for licence to run the bunk shop or provide with alternate site and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as on today, he is not running the bunk shop and it would be suffice if the first respondent is directed to consider his representation dated 05.08.2014 on merits within a specified time.
4. Mr.P.V.Seevakumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents 1 and 3 and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi accepts notice for the second respondent.
5. This Court, without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
