This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19032 of 2023 on 07.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Intervnor/defacto complainant

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.first sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
