This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to impound the passport of the Dibin Vijayakrishnan and his father Vijayakrishnan and his mother Premila and his sister Divya and Divya's father-in-law Bharathwaj and Bharathwaj's wife on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 15.5.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The prayer in the petition is for impounding the passports. Such direction cannot be issued under section 482 Cr.P.C. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
