O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Review Application has been instituted to review the order of this Court dated 27.10.2021 made in W.P.No.22691 of 2021.

2. Subsequent to the order sought to be reviewed, another Writ Petition came to be instituted by the 1st respondent in W.P.No.23651 of 2025. The said Writ Petition was also disposed of on 01.07.2025 and the Contempt proceedings initiated was closed. In view of the subsequent development, the present Review Application is not entertainable.

3. That apart, the petitioner has made an attempt to re-adjudicate the issue on merits, which is impermissible. Since no error apparent is established, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
