This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.12.2023 Crl.O.P.No.28354 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
