The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking a direction to declare the petitioners 7, 8 and 17 viz., Ramsami, Suguna and Soundar as major in the above appeal and to discharge the 14th petitioner/Guardian Mrs.Pappathi, from the guardianship of minors in the above Second Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioners/appellants submitted that, at the time of filing appeal, the petitioners 7, 8 and 17 were minors and now, they attained majority. Hence, this petition has been filed to declare them as major and also to discharge 14th petitioner from the guardianship.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
