This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 11.11.2016 and to revise his pay scale on par with his junior as per G.O. (D) No.5 Energy Department dated 29.02.2016 and to disburse his terminal benefits with reasonable interest.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 11.11.2016 given by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
