O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to direct the respondents herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2015 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to investigate the same.

2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the opposite party has usurped Government Poromboke land under a registered document. The police cannot be directed to investigate the complaint given by the petitioner and instead the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint in person before the concerned Tahsildar, pointing out the above said aspect and on such complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

being given, the same shall be enquired into and if really there has been an illegal documentation of Government Poromboke land, as alleged by the petitioner, suitable action should be taken against the opposite party. With the above liberty, this petition is closed.
