Respondent/Complainant in all Crl.O.Ps COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original petitions have been filed under Sections 439 (1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition passed by the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2019, 784/19, 785/19 dated 11.02.2019 directing the each of the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- each on their own along with two other sureties for likesum to the satisfaction of this Court. One among the surety shall be a Government Servant.

2. The only grievance that has been expressed by the petitioners is that the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners have imposed conditions to the effect that one of the sureties should be a Government Servant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of Government Servant, the petitioners are willing to bring a blood relation as a surety.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that each of the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- on their own along with two other sureties, out of which one shall be a blood relative, instead of Government Servant Surety, for a likesum to the satisfaction of this Court. All the other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

5. This Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of, with the above modification.
