Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of Middle School Headmaster based on panel seniority as per the panel for promotion to the post of Middle School Headmaster approved by the third respondent as on 01.01.2015 and to grant promotion to the petitioner with retrospective effect on par with juniors with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
