ORDER
Though the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to de-seal the petitioner's hospital and her residence situated in the same premises namely "Sree Mathura Hospital, Dr.Varadharajalu Street, Jothi Nagar, Attur, Salem District - 636 102" forthwith, however, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the said premises of the petitioner was already de-sealed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
2. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
