These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed seeking amendment in cause title in order dated 28.04.2022 passed in the above Writ Petitions, such that the name of the petitioner should read as Atria Wind (Kadambur) P Ltd. instead of Atira Wind (Kadambur) P Ltd. and R3 should read as The Superintending Engineer, TANGEDCO, Tuticorin Electricity and Distribution Circle, Tuticorin instead of The Superintending Engineer, TANGEDCO, Tirunelveli Electricity and Distribution Circle, Tirunelveli.

2. There being no objection to the amendment sought, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Barring the aforesaid change in the cause title, order dated 28.04.2022 remains unaltered. Sl 28.02.2023 Note: Registry is directed to issue a fresh copy of order after incorporating necessary changes in the cause title.
