(Post Graduate Cadre) for Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Educational Service under the first respondent as per the Notification No.09/2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the second respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to award one mark to the petitioner for Question No.23 in the Examination conducted for the recruitment to the post of Computer Instructors Grade - I (Post Graduate Cadre) for Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Educational Service under the first respondent as per the Notification No.09/2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the second respondent.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner placed a proceedings dated 03.01.2021 issued by the Joint Director (Information Technology), School Education, Chennai - 06, wherein the petitioner is appointed as Computer Instructor Grade I ( Post Graduate 2/5

Cadre) in Government Higher Secondary School, Brammadesam (33070602803), Villupuram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the proceedings dated 03.01.2021 issued by the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and it can be closed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.

4. No costs.
