This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 20.1.2014 and take action in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR 16 of 2014 is pending before the respondent Police. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. Petitioner is directed to co-operate for the conduct of the enquiry.
