This Court, by order dated 27.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10290 of 2022, suspended the sentence of the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.80,00,000/- on or before 25.11.2022 before the competent authority. Now, the petitioner filed the above petition to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., since the condition imposed restricts the petitioner's movement. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner not complied with the condition of depositing of Rs.80,00,000/- before the competent authority. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
