O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu passed in CMP. No. 2441 of 2018 in Crl.A. No.24 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018 insofar as directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- before the trial Court towards compensation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.OP.No.21222 of 2018 challenging the order passed by the First Appellate Court in CMP. No. 2441 of 2018, dated 25.06.2018. This Court by an order dated 31.08.2018 had dismissed the said petition, however four weeks time was extended to comply the order passed by the First Appellate Court.

Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
