The petitioner is the third defendant in the suit in O.S.No.310 of 2014, on the file of Additional District Judge, Chengalpet. He filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.151 of 2015 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure for rejection of
plaint in O.S.No.310 of 2014. The said application is pending from 19.08.2015. Therefore, the revision petitioner would seek early disposal of the interlocutory application.
2. Considering the long pendency, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.151 of 2015 in O.S.No.310 of 2014, on merits and as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
