[Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM, J.] Detenue Ms.Anjalakshi is present. Learned counsel for the detenue submits that pursuant to the parents of second respondent being called to the police station, he came to know the pendency of the present Habeas Corpus Petition and thus causes production of the detenue as also the second respondent, who presently is her husband.
2. The detenue, who is now major, informs of having entered upon marriage with second respondent. She has also expressed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
her intent to accompany her husband, 2nd respondent. Presently she does not wish to speak to her father/petitioner. This position has been explained to petitioner, who is also present in Court.
3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
