When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.78 of 2018 was completed and Charge sheet has been filed before the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur on 23.03.2018 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323,352 IPC r/w 3 (1)(r),3(1)(s) & 3(2)(ba) of SC/ST Act.
