Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to refer the issue relating to the termination of service of seven employees

namely M/s G.Vetrivel, Purushothaman Loganatham, K.Maheswhwaramani, M.Janarthanam, R. Vetrivel, R. Suresh and S. Jeyakumar by the second respondent notice dated 10.12.2018 and 12.12.2018 respectively for adjudication to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour court, Chennai and pass orders.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to refer the issue relating to the termination of service of seven employees namely M/s G. Vetrivel, Purushothaman Loganatham ,K.Maheswhwaramani, M. Janarthanam, R. Vetrivel, R. Suresh and S. Jeyakkumar by the second respondent notice dated 10.12.2018 and 12.12. 2018 respectively for adjudication to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour court, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a letter No.L.12011/13/2023-IR(B-1) dated 31.03.2023 wherein the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been granted. Hence the matter has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
