2. The original petition was allowed by order dated 01.03.2023. Learned counsel points out that the word "grandfather" in the first line of paragraph 2 of the order should be replaced by the word "maternal uncle".

3. Upon examining the record, the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is liable to be accepted. Since a typographical or clerical error has been made in the order, the Registry is directed to re-issue the order by replacing the word "grandfather" in the first line of paragraph 2 of the order with the word "maternal uncle".
