The Criminal Revision Petition is filed to call for records in Crl.M.P.No.121 of 2016 in C.C.No.325 of 2013, pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Arni, and revise the same and in effect revert the case to Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheyyar.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides. Both the sides mutually agree that C.C.No.325 of 2013 may be transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Polur.

3.In view of the above, the case referred supra is directed to be transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Polur and the Judicial Magistrate, Polur is directed to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The criminal revision petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
