ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 22.01.2015 and investigate the same and file the final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint lodged by the complainant, it is alleged that the land in question belongs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to a temple administrated by the H.R. & C.E and that the petitioner is a lessee in the said land. It is further alleged by the petitioner that one Selvi, the 2nd respondent herein had purchased the land by document No.60/1982 registered in Sub Registrar, Saidapet by playing fraud. On a reading of the complaint, this Court does not find any material to direct the police to conduct investigation in respect of an alleged incident that took place way back in the year 1982.
