This Civil Revision has been filed to direct the learned VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.20 of 2012.

2. Heard Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is also admitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader, that suit is now pending the stage of respondents argument.

4. Considering the fact that L.A.O.P proceeding is pending since 2012, learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, is directed to dispose of 2/4

L.A.O.P., within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
