ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2015.

2. The petitioner has availed a loan to the tune of Rs.13,66,000/- from the respondent Bank for the purpose of purchasing harvesting machine. Due to continuous drought and other reasons, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent Bank seeking indulgence for granting sufficient time for repaying the loan amount. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the entire loan was settled by the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. 2/4
