ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), representing the respondent.

2. The present contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 5.8.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No.20412 of 2014.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that much before the order of this Court dated 5.8.2014, final report was filed in Crime No.795 of 2015 and the same was taken up on file as C.C.No.8998 of 2014 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, no further order is necessary in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition stands closed.
