This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action and pass final orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2019 within a reasonable time.

2. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

The first respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2019, after giving due notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
