03.04.2013 issued by the First Respondent and the consequential Appointment Order in U.S.O. No. 60176/R.3/2013, No. 7082/R.3/2013 dated 20.06.2013 issued by the First Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent to select and appoint Petitioners to the post of Professors/ Associate Professors within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. There does not appear to be any useful purpose being served in keeping the Writ Petition pending indefinitely.
