PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.1414/2013/A1 dated 05.04.2013 after calling for records and quash the same.
