ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 08.11.2014 pending before the 3rd respondent in Cr.No.not known of 2015 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.N.S.Amarnath,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 08.11.2014 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the third respondent and on such complaint being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
