Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.21486/2015 dated 16.07.2015, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, an appeal has been preferred by the respondents herein and the Writ Appeal is partly allowed. Therefore, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.
