Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 07.07.2015 made in I.A.No.626 of 2014 in O.S.No.469 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur, to amend the plaint. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.469 of 1986 was decreed by the judgment dated 12.03.2021 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.08.2021 kj To The District Munsif, Attur.
