2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that respondent Lakshmi Sree.L has completed her Degree of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. She was also conferred with a BTech decree in Mechanical Engineering during the convocation held in June, 2022.

3. In view of the said statement made by the appellant, the prayer as sought for by the respondent/petitioner in the writ petition does not require any further adjudication.

4. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. The question of law in the present appeal is left open. There will be no order as to costs. Consequenlty, C.M.P.No.11770 of 2018, is closed.
