This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above STA SR No.129953 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 2 & 4 has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection expressed on the side of the respondents, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
