Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts to issue a non bailable arrest warrant on the petitioner's husband R.Sundarapandian and sentence him until he complies fully the order of this Court dated 12.10.2015, to direct the revision petitioner/husband to pay the entire interim maintenance arrears, till the month of February 2016 and continue to pay the interim maintenance of Rs.9,000/- per month as ordered by this Court on 12.10.2015 till the completion of M.C.No.98 of 2007, till such time none of his miscellaneous petitions shall be entertained by this Court and to issue a separate order to his employer for the attachment of his salary since the petitioner's husband is irregular in payment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
