a) To divide the suit property in 1/4th equal moiety and allot one such share to the plaintiff by putting her in a separated share by appointing Advocate Commissioner or in the alternative to pay the value of 1/4th share to the plaintiff on the present market value b) for costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the defendants 3 to 6 submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Memo of Compromise dated 22.06.2023 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The said Memo of Compromise is recorded.
2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the Memo of Compromise entered between the parties and the above Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
