The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the case relating to the detenu Santhakumar @ Santhan, S/o.Murugaiah, in S.C.No.9 of 2016, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, is posted today for judgment.
