[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.C.Arivazhagan, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] but made a plea to preserve all the rights of the petitioner to pursue the complaint which has already been given and also seek legal remedy / remedies, if any / if available under law in other Court / Courts or Forum / Fora.

2. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4
