31459/2005 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.GOVARDHANAN, for M/S.ROW AND REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.RITA CHANDRASEKAR, Learned Counsel of M/S.AIYAR AND DOLIA, Advocate for Respondents, the court made the following order:- Mr.V.Govardhanan, learned counsel of M/s.Row and Reddy (Law Firm) on behalf of two petitioners/writ petitioners and Ms.Rita Chandrasekar learned counsel of M/s.Aiyar and Dolia (Law Firm) on behalf of respondents/respondents are before this Virtual Court.
2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate proceedings made in main writ petition today which reads as follows:
'Mr.V.Govardhanan, learned counsel of M/s.Row and Reddy (Law Firm) on behalf of two writ petitioners and Ms.Rita Chandrasekar
learned counsel of M/s.Aiyar and Dolia (Law Firm) on behalf of both the respondents are before this Virtual Court.
2. Learned counsel for respondents has refiled (email filed) counter affidavit dated 23.04.2021 and hard copy of the same is before this Court. Learned counsel for respondents says that the pleadings are complete on the side of respondents and she is ready to argue the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for writ petitioners requests for a short accommodation.
4. List under the same cause list caption 'FINAL HEARING CASES' on 25.08.2021.'
3. From the above, it is clear that the hearing of main writ petition is in the anvil and therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this stay petition pending at this distant point of time.
4. Captioned writ petition is, therefore disposed of as closed without expressing any opinion or view on merits of the matter, leaving open all the questions to be agitated in the main writ petition.
