(ORDER OF THE COURT MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1277 of 2012 in AIR.(SA).No.847 of 2012 on the file of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, the petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and also entered into joint memorandum of compromise dated 29.03.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties also submitted that the joint memorandum of compromise dated 29.03.2019 has been signed by the petitioner, the respondent and their respective counsel. The learned counsel on either side further submitted that the terms of the compromise may be recorded and the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the same.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 29.03.2019, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 29.03.2019. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 29.03.2019 is taken on record. The terms of the joint memorandum of compromise shall form part of the order passed in the Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
