ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thoothur Police Station, Ariyalaur District forthwith.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.8 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. The respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
