ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in W.P. No.3793 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Joint Director, Town and Country Planning, Chengalpattu Division in Na.K.No.2543/2015/SN3 dated 05.04.2019, which is also stated to have been served on the petitioner, in purported compliance of the order passed in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings, if so advised.
