Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records in S.C.(NSA) No.11/2014 dated 10.07.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the detention as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Asokan, S/o.Gopal, aged 27 years, now confined in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent was already revoked. Therefore, the habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
