By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. According to the petitioner, he made a complaint on 30.10.2017 to the first respondent narrating various irregularities committed by the office bearers of the second respondent. Based on the said complaint, an enquiry
was conducted by the first respondent. The first respondent by a letter dated 07.02.2018, informed the second respondent about the proposed inspection on 06.03.2018 and accordingly, inspection was conducted on 06.03.2018. Thereafter, no action has been taken by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come forward before this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.
3. Heard, Mr.Mr.S.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

Mr. P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent would submit that inspection was conducted and based on the inspection report, the decision taken by the first respondent will be communicated to the petitioner by following due procedure as contemplated under the provisions of the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act 1975.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the said complaint, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 30.10.2017 and to take decision, on merits and in accordance with law, and affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, second respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
