(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Heard both sides.

Since it is submitted that a sum of Rs.50 lakhs has already been deposited, the remaining amount, which has been agreed to be deposited, shall be deposited within a period of two weeks from today (13.08.2020). On such deposit, the same shall be invested in any one of the Nationalised Bank in interest bearing account for a period of one year.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
