This Criminal Revision case has been filed against the order passed by the Courts below in an interim application pending the Domestic violence case filed by the respondent, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the respondent and the minor child [Rs.25,000/- each].

The memo of calculation has been filed before this Court and it is seen that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 16.04.2018, the maintenance amount was paid regularly and the particulars of the same, is found in the memo of calculation filed on 27.09.2021.

It was brought to the notice of this Court that the main Domestic Violence case itself was withdrawn by the respondent and 2/4

it was closed by an order dated 30.12.2022. In view of this development, the interim order passed pending the Domestic Violence case merges with the final order closing the case as withdrawn.
