ORDER
On 12.06.2015, this Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and posted the case for orders on 19.06.2015. On 19.06.2015, a request was made for adjournment and therefore, this Court posted the case today for orders. Today, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court perused the records.
2. In this quash petition, the petitioner is seeking to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.44 of 2013. The respondent Police have filed a counter, wherein, it is stated that investigation in Crime No.44 of 2013 has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore, who has taken cognizance in C.C.No.302 of 2014 on 01.11.2014.

3. It appears that the charges also have been framed against the accused and the matter has been posted for examination of witnesses.
4. In view of the above, this petition for quashing the F.I.R., is dismissed.
