Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent in and by their proceeding in the auction sale to be held on 26.3.2014 under the auction notice dated 20.02.2014 published in 'Thina Thanthi' da daily news paper, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent not to bring the petitioner's agricultural properties in RS No.715/6B, RS No.716/9A, RS No.716/4B, RS No.715/11, in Karumandisellipalayam village, Perundurai taluk, Erode dt, through the auction sale under th provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. (Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent in and by their proceeding in the auction sale to be held on 26.3.2014 under the auction notice dated 20.02.2014 published in 'Thina Thanthi' da daily news paper, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent not to bring the petitioner's agricultural properties in RS No.715/6B, RS No.716/9A, RS No.716/4B, RS No.715/11, in Karumandisellipalayam village, Perundurai taluk, Erode dt, through the auction sale under th provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.S.Kesavan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
